Your Content and License

You keep ownership of the videos, photos and text you post (“Your Content”). By posting, you grant Vidifye a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, copy, transcode, watermark, display, distribute and promote Your Content on Vidifye’s website, apps and marketing channels. The license lasts while the content is posted, plus a reasonable period afterwards for backups and legal compliance. It ends when you delete the content or your account.

Your Rights to What You Post

You confirm that you own Your Content or have every right and permission needed to post it and grant this license, including consent from anyone who can be identified in it. Content that infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights is not allowed.

Objectionable Content and Abuse

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Vidifye may remove any content and suspend or close any account that breaks these Terms or our Rules & Regulations. You can report a listing or block a seller in the app, and we review every report.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the content they post on Vidifye and must ensure that it does not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks. Vidifye is not responsible for any user-generated content.

Use of Information

Vidifye may use user information for marketing and other business purposes, but will not sell or distribute user information to third parties.

Liability Limitations

Vidifye is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by users due to the use of the website. Users are solely responsible for any transactions that occur on the website.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Vidifye and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses that may arise from the use of the website.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between users and Vidifye will be resolved through arbitration or small claims court.
